Court has been teaching yoga for over a decade and specializes in alignment-based strength yoga that helps you build self-confidence, feel fully empowered in your body and mind, and—most importantly—get out of your own way. She loves guiding students of all levels through Beginners, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Adaptive, Yin + Yoga Massage, and Yogalates (a playful fusion of yoga and pilates), always with a focus on fun, growth, and feeling good in your own skin.

Crystal is an all-levels-friendly teacher who loves welcoming newbies to the mat and helping everyone feel confident in their practice. She blends strength, flow, and mindfulness to make yoga approachable, fun, and empowering. Her vinyasa classes embody where strength meets soul and playlists hit just right.

Chas has been teaching physical fitness and mindfulness for nearly a decade—starting with martial arts and, for the past several years, through yoga. He loves guiding students of all levels in Vinyasa, Power, Gentle, Slow Flow, Hatha, Restorative, and Yin Yoga, blending strength, focus, and calm to help you move with intention and feel grounded in your body and mind.
